About Us

CAB Was conceived by our director. Myra Cecilia Azzopardi in Estepona 1998. In 1995 she was asked to set up a list of the types problems which the non Spanish community and visitors were continually experiencing whilst living and visiting Spain. This is how the first office for foreigners was eventually set up in Estepona by the then newly elected Government. She found herself involved in firstly helping neighbours with no or very little knowledge of the Spanish language and then the news spread. Due to other commitments was not able to help out full time. As now more than ever the non Spanish residents and visitors sought assistance. She decided to set up the bureau.
